Returns & Exchanges

At BonSoul, we want you to enjoy a unique experience — from the moment you discover our pieces to the moment they arrive in your hands.
If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request an exchange or return under the following conditions:

Timeframe

You have 7 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

Conditions

The item must be:

  • Unused and in perfect condition.
  • In its original packaging, including any labels and accessories where applicable.

Returns will not be accepted if the product shows signs of use or has been damaged due to improper handling.

Refunds

Once the item is received and inspected at our warehouse, you will be notified by email whether your return has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be processed via the original method of payment within an estimated timeframe of 7 to 10 business days.
Please note: original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return Shipping

The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or damaged — in which case BonSoul will cover the cost.

The return address will be provided via email once your request has been confirmed.

Exceptions

  • Sale or promotional items: Returns are not accepted.
  • Personalised items: Returns are only accepted in the case of a manufacturing defect.
  • Gift orders: If the item was received as a gift, a store credit may be issued. In the case of a refund, it will be processed to the original purchaser.
